OpsThreads ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Demo requests: full name, email address, company or organization name, preferred demo date and time, and any optional message you provide.
- Waitlist sign-ups: first name and email address.
- Contact form submissions: full name, email address, subject, and message.
We do not collect payment information, track your browsing across other websites, or use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your demo requests and schedule meetings.
- Notify you when OpsThreads is available (waitlist).
- Reply to your support or general enquiries.
- Send you relevant product updates if you have opted in.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Processors
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. Email notifications generated from your submissions are sent via transactional email services. By submitting a form on this site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these sub-processors in accordance with their privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., to follow up on a demo request or waitlist notification) or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
5. Cookies
This site does not currently use analytics cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set cookies necessary for site functionality and security. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and obtain appropriate consent where required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law (including GDPR and CCPA), such as the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
